Use the login link provided during onboarding.
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page or contact support.

Reach out if:

  • Something isn’t working as expected
  • You need system updates or changes
  • You’re unsure how to do something

For urgent issues affecting leads or communication, mark your request as High Priority.

Go to Contacts → Smart Lists.
Here you’ll see all your leads in one place. You can:

  • Search by name, phone, or email
  • Filter by pipeline stage, tags, or date
  • Click any contact to view full conversation history

Go to Conversations in the left menu.

  • Click on the lead
  • Type your message and send

All texts, emails, and missed call responses are managed in one inbox.

Go to Calendars → Appointments.
You can:

  • View upcoming bookings
  • Reschedule or cancel appointments
  • Click into an appointment to see full contact details

Notifications are triggered when:

  • A new lead comes in
  • A lead replies to you
  • An appointment is booked

These help you stay on top of opportunities in real time. If you want to adjust them, contact support.

Go to Conversations → Click the phone icon on a contact.

  • Calls can be made directly from the platform
  • Incoming calls will appear if your number is connected

Make sure your forwarding/number setup is complete (we handle this during onboarding).

Your pipeline shows where each lead is in the process, such as:

  • New Lead
  • Contacted
  • Booked
  • Closed

You can drag and drop contacts between stages, or automations will move them automatically.

Tags help organize and categorize your leads.
Examples:

  • “New Lead”
  • “Hot Prospect”
  • “No Response”

They are also used to trigger automations and segment contacts.

We recommend submitting a request for changes so we can ensure everything stays optimized.
However, if you have access, you can find automations under:

  • Automation → Workflows

If you’re unsure, reach out before making changes.

Go to Opportunities → Pipelines or Dashboard/Reporting.
Here you can track:

  • Number of new leads
  • Conversion rates
  • Pipeline value

Common reasons include:

  • Incorrect contact info
  • Carrier filtering (for texts)
  • Email going to spam
  • Number/email not fully configured
